Shipping

Spacelights uses GLS as the delivery service within the Europe. Shipping zones are: Euro I, Euro II, Euro III and Euro IV. Prices can be found here.

We also deliver to the USA by Czech Post. This shipping cost is fixed: 70 Dollars.

You can pay in advance by bank transfer. Or cash on delivery.

Making lights on demand is what helps me make a living. I am not saying that nobody buys ready-made lights, however they usually serve the purpose of a gallery – a shop window where you can see a sample of my design to have an idea of my style. If you like my style, please contact me and we can think something up together.

Warranty and Claims

The warranty for all products is 2 years. I attach a warranty card directly to the lighting objects. The jewelry is under warranty 2 years from the date of the order.

The warranty can not be claimed in the following cases:

• it is outside the warranty period

• if damage has been caused by poor handling, for example:
1) fell to the ground and chopped, snapped…
2) if the product is battery-powered and has not been used for a long time in the switch
3) has not been installed in the interior
6) wire has been cut or otherwise damaged
7) if the product has been improperly modified
8) was too close to fire

The warranty can not be claimed in the following cases:

• it is outside the warranty period

• if damage has been caused by poor handling, for example:
1) The jewel was bent too hard and cracked
2) exposed to too much heat (more than 50 ° C)
3) was wet and corroded the chain
4) The chain was broken by careless treatment, etc.
